Propane gas furnace install 2/23/2018

Jon and Luke did a fantastic job on installing the new Daikin furnace and I would highly recommend them, they were very honest and took the time to explain things to me. It was a good experience and a fun time. Thanks to HomeAdvisor or I never would have found JA Bertsch. The new furnace is 100,000 btu two stage,and it works great and quite. Karl more

Heating and Cooling Review 2/23/2018

Very friendly and efficient but workers need to pay more attention to detail. One cannot install in an existing house without first protecting walls, floors, and other areas. The price was very good and I must emphasize how nice the workers were. more

Geothermal Repair 2/11/2018

this was a follow up for completion of necessary repairs to our geothermal heat pump. Once again the crew were here at the stated time. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and our system seems to be functioning properly. Thank You.... more

Service Review 2/5/2018

First time I've used this company. Wasn't happy with previous service provider. Called and was scheduled within a few hours. Specified that I needed someone knowledgeable in Geothermal heat. It was apparent immediately that Jeff the tech had a good working knowledge of the system and identified the problem. A follow up repair visit is scheduled, but I'm confident that I have the right guy....thnx. more

Renee was very courteous when scheduling and confirming service needed. John was very knowledgable and professional, and spent extra time with me explaining in detail how our HVAC system works and what to look for as it relates to maintenance and potential failures. Being new to the area and living in a cold climate, I appreciated John's insight and expertise in reassuring me that our system is currently in good operating shape and offered information about newer technology that is available if we may want to upgrade at some point. more
