They are some of the best people i have talked to or met and would get more than the 3 stars otherwise. In the last visit to check my heating system for the year, which i pay for, Tim looked at one of my vents and noticed that wasn't sealed all the way and i am heating the underside of my home. Now its nice that he found the problem but instead of going in and fixing the problem, he says "when one of us comes out in the spring we will get in there and fix it." and im thinking so i get a raised heat bill for the entire winter when it could be fixed now. I mean i do have a maintinence agreement with them. so far no call back on it either.
