ORIGINALLY MET BERTSCH HEATING A YEAR OR SO AGO,TO SERVICE OUR AIR CONDITIONER. ABOUT A YEAR AGO WE HAD TO FIND A SINGLE LEVEL HOUSE. THE HOUSE DID NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING, AND I CALLED BLAIN AND HE CAME OVER TO DISCUSS ADDING AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. HE SUGGESTED THAT WE DO A NEW FURNACE AND AIR TOGETHER AS THE FURNACE WAS 13 YRS OLD. WE DECIDED TO DO THAT AND WE WERE AMAZED WITH THE PEOPLE WHO SHOWED UP. ON TIME, WELL GROOMED, UNIFORMED, TOOK EXTRA TIME TO PLACE PROTECTION ON OUR NEW WOOD FLOORS. THIER WORK WAS TOP NOTCH, QUALITY ALL THE WAY,AND THE RESULT WAS AN INSTALLATION WITH QUALITY ,AND PROFESSIONAL APPEARANCE, I HAVE NOT SEEN FOR YEARS. THEY CLEANED UP,AFTER THE PROJECT WAS FINISHED, AND SPENT TIME ANSWERING QUESTIONS. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERY I TALK TOO, THEIR GREAT. THANK YOU FOR A JOB WELL DONE more

Ducts cleaned supreme 4/6/2018

We just had our ducts cleaned. It's the first time ever. The team of Larry and Logan did an excellent job. They were prompt and told me everything they would be doing. I believe they did a quality job for a reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs this service performed. more

New furnace at N 8th Street 4/4/2018

I appreciated Blaine's punctual bid and did not really get a chance to get to know other team members as well. They seemed to be doing a good job. The furnace seems to be working fine. The only problem I had was the way they "fixed" the door to get under the house. It was not in the bid package, but thought it did not look very good when they got done. more

gas furnace support 3/9/2018

Front office: Pleasant, articulate personnel fielded my phone call and answered all my questions in a concise manner, then hooked me up with a talented tech named John. John is like a guy's best coon dog: He got in there, got on the scent, and methodically ran down the trail until he found the varmint causing my problem, which was a SERIOUS leak that Pendell had not noticed. Kudos to John, and kisses to the office staff. ( sorry john hehehe) more
