In the past, I have offered what I feel is constructive feed back as it related to my service experience so I felt I should also highlight the positive, most recent experience. Trip Tanner, in my opinion provided the perfect customer expeiernce from end to end. From when I pulled into the dealership to when I picked up my car the next day, Trip was professional, friendly, efficient, understanding and thourogh with explanation of service that would or might not be done. It was planely obvious when I pulled into the service bay that everyone was busy with current customers but Trip acknowledged me right away. He greeted me with a professional, friendly approach and was able to get my customer/ service information efficiently. Although Trip was busy I never felt rushed in anyway. He was able to answer most of my questions and the ones he could not, he said he would follow up with answers and he did. Trip called me that evening to give me an update and called me the next day to inform me my car was ready for pick up. When I picked up my car the next day Trip was available to explain the repairs and expalin what could not be covered under warranty. On the website I see an area that askes if you have a prefered advisor but I do not see a way to edit that information. I would like to request Trip as my prefered advisior going forward and if I can do so via the web, great. If not, I will be sure to ask when I make my appointment, I hope you will recognize Trip for his excellent customer service as he deserves it. So often, in the service business, people take more time to comment on the negative experience rather than a positive one. I will fill out the BMW servey I received but felt I should also send a personal email regarding my service experience with Trip. Thank you and have a great weekend,
