We own a 750il and a Jaguar, the BMW spends more time in Service then we drive it. Every time it breaks Hendrick makes it worse or does nothing.It averages about two weeks per break down and we are always told...:oh if we had fixed it right the first time it would have cost you more"" After the experience and the really losy customer service, as long as Hendrick has the monopoly on BMW service in Charlotte we will never buy one again or anything else that Hendrick monopolizes
