Review content:
I am giving 1 start but I would give zero if it were possible. I have found Hendrick BMW employees, particularly managers, to be arrogant and condescending. I have dealt with them on several occasions and come away disappointed and surprised (though the pattern is there enough that I should not be) at how poorly they treat their customer. BMW cars are great when they run correctly. Unfortunately, they do have more issues than Lexus and Infiniti and Porsche. And when you need warranty service you have no choice but to return to Hendrick BMW.
My sales experiences with them have always been very poor and the support after the sale is virtually nonexistent. I wish that someone (maybe Felix?) would open another BMW store here in Charlotte.
One thing I do not understand is how this particular dealership can vary so greatly in customer experience from the other high-end Hendrick dealerships. The others take very good care of the customer. BMW does not. Add in unpredictable reliability and it's a recipe for long-term disappointment.
Stay away and save your peace of mind.
