I will say that my BMW is a beautiful car, but there is always something the matter with it. I agree with the previous post in that the service department needs improvement. I have been a loyal BMW client for over 5 years in Charlotte being that there is only 1 BMW location in the city. Every time I call to make an appointment it takes a few weeks to get me in. Then, they conveniently never have a loaner car for longer service appointments. Of course, after I wait hours at the dealership, I get slammed with a huge big. Usually, they find more problems with my car and never even resolve the issue of why I went in for the service in the first place. Lastly, I find out that your consultants make commission on your service bill No wonder they always want to add more services than what I can in for. I find it very sketchy that there is no flat rate for services and that you can negotiate them.
