Greg Hayes is always great to work with. He is knowledgeable, helpful and knows his products. This is my 4th BMW that Greg has helped me with. All of Hendrick BMW is very helpful. Barbara was excellent in her responsiveness and professionalism on-line and by phone?and she is the reason we chose to work with Hendrick. Then, when we met you face-to-face and you had us work with Tim to finalize the transaction we found both you and Tim to be professional, knowledgeable, and very responsive and focused on understanding and meeting our expectations. We had shopped, and when we came to your showroom on Saturday we did have an alternative dealer less than an hour and a half form Charlotte who had met your price and terms, and would have perhaps even gone lower than you had we pressed them; however, you and Tim quickly sold us on you and your professionalism and that Hendrick BMW would meet our expectations and support us in achieving our goals for this purchase. The staff at Hendrick BMW were exceptional. We will purchase another car from them in the future. My husband and I thought Jason Neville was the perfect person to provide us with all of the details about our car. We gave him a 15. He was very knowledgeable about BMWs. He is also very polite. I visited your new car dealership. Jason immediately stopped what he was doing to assist me. I was there to merely look at the metallic sapphire black and compare it to the jet black, because I was interested in a pre-own at another dealership out of state. Jason was very patient with me, provided with the pros and cons of the color and reassured me that a BMW was a quality product! He shared with me what the difference was between a 2008 and 2010. Of course he talked with me about purchasing or leasing a new car. I was so impressed by him and wanted upper management to hear it from a potential client, what a great job he did. Kelly always took time to make sure that I understood what needed to be done, always followed up service with me, and generally made me feel comfortable with having my car worked on. Getting a car serviced is generally not anybody's idea of a good time, but the effort that Kelly put into making the experience easier was not wasted. more

I wanted to recognize and commend your service advisor Chad Busse. I recently had my 2005 530 I sport in for service. Chad went out of his way to take time to explain everything to me, no matter how small a detail . In addition he goes above and beyond to insure my service experience is an excellent one. I as a former sales executive at a Fortune 500 company personally find individuals like Chad in service more important to my future car purchase criteria than all else. This is the way all BMW dealers should operate 9/7/2010

I've taken my 09 328i in for service only a few times in the last year. Each time the staff provided fast and honest answers. Due to a rare fault code, they replaced my radiator under warranty. And I was driving around in a 2010 z4 for about 5 days (sure beats the Toyota Camry's other dealers loan out). They always have coffee and muffins, plus the free wifi is nice too! more

He is always pleasant, polite, friendly considerate of my time and very knowledgable of the operation of the car and the repairs and maintenance needed. Am writing this letter to share my experience in buying my new 528i from Mike Morrow. My wife and I have bought 4 BMW's from Mike since 2005. We have always been thrilled with the service that he provides and the job that he does. As time goes on, these cars become more and mroe complex in the technology that is built into them I am always amazed about the level of understanding that Mike has of these cars and his ability to help me understand all that they can do to suit my needs. In addition to Mike's understanding of his product, the sales process that we go through is very relaxed and straight forward. The professionalism that he demonstrates combine with his personable character make buying a BMW. The end result that I always had is that when I drive out of the parking lot, I feel that I have not only gotten a fair deal, but also received tremendous value from Mike and the entire Hendrick BMW staff. more

As we said, this was a great car buying experience. There was no pressure. We had test driven the car, liked it, but it was the first car we tried. We still wanted to look at the Mercedes. Mr. Ballard called over to your Mercedes dealer - they were ready for us to test drive their car. We took a couple of days to make our decision and went back to BMW. My husband had purchased an Audi 2 years before and the experience was very unpleasant - but we had to deal with it because that was the car he wanted. Your dealership and Mr. Ballard were the complete opposite - just terrific! more

I Hate Them 3/31/2010

I have owned two BMWs and I cringe everytime that I have to take my car in for service at this dealership. I try to avoid it all cost. My experience with them has always been less than pleasurable. The customer service is terrible. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by coming to them. I dont know maybe because they are the only BMW dealer in Charlotte they know that you dont have a choice! I have yet to find an alternative shop that can service my car but when I do Hendrick BMW will never see me again! Cons: Terrible customer service more

Regardless of the Myth.....BMW is not Just sold on the name.... Bad experience at this dealership prices are way above average BMW prices even for the CPO. The sales person did not seem to even want to negotiate or ask someone higher than themselves for help. I would never ever set foot at that dealership again in my lifetime. Pros: great lot Cons: poor salesman more
