Review content:
The office personnel were very professional and the technician cleared up the problem once he arrived. My only complaint is that I was given a 10-2 window and received a call at 1:45 that the plumber was still at his first job and the client "kept finding more things for him to fix" - he didn't arrive until after 3pm, which seriously impacted my schedule for the afternoon, and I had to change my plans. I was a little concerned that he didn't leave the first job when he was finished with what he had been contracted for, and was late for my job.
