It was a real pleasure doing business with Gina's. I had some pretty serious stains to get out of my wedding dress after the wedding, and Gina's made it look perfect again. Plus, I was experiencing some financial hardship and they kept the dress for me much longer than required until I could afford to pick it up. The staff were always very nice over the phone whenever I called to check in and ask them to hold the dress longer. Then, bless their hearts, they gave my husband a discount when he went to pick it up for me. I don't see why people have said bad things, because the staff at Gina's treated me very well. more

I should have checked the reviews for this dry cleaner. I wanted to have my daughter's wedding dress cleaned. I took it to Gina's, but should have been suspicious when they told me it would take 6 weeks to clean it. They said they must wash it multiple times and would call if done before. OK, but when I didn' t hear from them after 6 weeks I called and they said it would be ready the next week. When I went in to get it, I talked to the woman who cleans wedding dresses, who seemed in charge. She said she had a hurt leg and couldn't finish it and had been so busy but it would be done in the next few days. She implied it had been washed a few times but had a some stains to still get out. When I called again, still not done. So went to cleaners and asked to see the dress. Nothing at all had been done. Woman admited it had never been cleaned once! So I left disgusted with the dress. I did get a phone call and said they would clean it for free but no way was I letting them have the dress. more

Gina's employees are polite and fabulous and always professional. The owner is RUDE, and extremely unprofessional, and has a major attitude problem.It is unfortunate that she has no idea how to treat people, her customer service skills are disgraceful. Clearly she was not raised with good manners. Clearly from the reviews I am not the only one who feels this way. I had the same dry cleaner for 15 years before moving and was never treated in such a disgraceful way. I feel really sorry for her. more

UNPROFESSIONAL AND SUBSTANDARD SERVICE. Upon referral I took my daughter's wedding dress to Gina's. I brought it to Gina's in August and was told it would be completed in 6-8 weeks. After 3 months I stopped by and they told me they were low on staff. I replied: ""no problem"" and they promised they would call me within a month. This did not happen. I called, and did not get a return call. Finally after 6 months I phoned again, did not receive a return call. I went yesterday to pick it up, finished or not. It was finally done. They did not call, although it said on the receipt ""call when completed"" Unprofessional. When I got home I took it out of it's original garment bag from the wedding shop. It was not even zipped up and just shoved in with the train wrinkled. I don't know how long it had been hanging that way. It is clean but wrinkled. I recommend you go else where. The service at GIna's is substandard in every way. I would not trust them with such an important item again. more

I just have to say that Gina's is the best. They are the dry-cleaning company my hotel uses for all guest and personal dry cleaning. I have never had a complaint from a guest concerning their services and they know my company by name when we call. I sent a sport coat in today and needed 2.5"" removed from the sleeves, a button replaced and then dry cleaned. I talked to them yesterday and they let me know it would be a 24 hour turn around. I was fine with that and sent it in this morning. I just got it back, 5-hours after sending it in. They tayloring was perfect, buttons secure and replaced and the coat is amazingly clean. THE Best Service! 8/1/2011

I have been a loyal customer of Gina's for several years now, and here is just the rock-bottom reason why: customer service.......I recently had several pieces to be cleaned before leaving on a trip the next day, brought them in before noon and asked if I could pick them up by 5 and the answer was YES! Are you kidding me?! It was always 2-3 days at my old cleaners, so this was outstanding to me! more

This cleaners was recommended to me by the St John Botique in Portland. They are absolutely the best for St John Knits. I was shocked by the bad reviews. They are always friendly, courteous and very fair. Recommended this to numerous individuals!!! more

Bad Customer Service 3/2/2011

My two cashmere sweaters were lost at Gina?s Dry Cleaners. I did not pick the sweaters up for awhile and they said they were not responsible after 30 days. I called Gina?s numerous times inquiring with an excuse each time as to why they had not returned my calls. Will they compensate me for my two lost sweaters? I was told ?no,? but I am waiting for a call back from the owner. I work in Lake Oswego and will tell all my friends and family about my awful experience. They not only lost my business, but several others! The manager, Bobbi, has very poor people skills when dealing with customers. I?m sure better options exist. more

Poor customer service 1/20/2011

I received awful customer service from Bobbi. I would suggest that they hire a manager with better people skills. The quality of their work will not even matter if they continue to lose business due to poor attitudes. Have they never heard of the phrase, ""The customer is always right?"" Although anyone who has worked in customer service knows that this is not entirely true, that should still be kept in mind while dealing with disputes. I do not recommend them, especially with so many other options out there. more

Customer service really counts when there is a problem. This is where GIna's fails. My item was ruined but they refused to take responsibility and accused me of lying. I guess the owner forgot her angel costume that day. You can do better. Choose another dry cleaner. more

Only the Best! 8/25/2010

As not only a customer, but also an employee, I can tell you that Gina is the Best! She was a tough boss, but only because she demanded perfection for her customers. I remember we would always check all the pockets before they would go through the dry cleaning and no matter what, we always returned anything left in them. She also offers so many services, like shoe repair, leather cleaning, quick alterations and even boxing wedding dresses! Whenever I am in town, Gina's is the ONLY dry cleaners I will use! more

Unbelievably poor customer service 5/20/2010

We have been using the pick up service for several months and they have lost two of our items of clothing during this time. They then made me write a statement about the lost item, then argued with me about it, then we decided to just drop our clothes off in person and no longer use the pick up/drop off service they told us to take a hike. Nice. Super nice. Pros: They actually do good work Cons: They will lose your clothes and then blame you more

I am a regular customer and have never been disappointed. Employees are kind and friendly, always willing to work with you on whatever problem you may have. They offer a quick turn around when necessary plus, will deliver your order. Pros: Location, parking, customer service, quality of work. more
