UNPROFESSIONAL AND SUBSTANDARD SERVICE. Upon referral I took my daughter's wedding dress to Gina's. I brought it to Gina's in August and was told it would be completed in 6-8 weeks. After 3 months I stopped by and they told me they were low on staff. I replied: ""no problem"" and they promised they would call me within a month. This did not happen. I called, and did not get a return call. Finally after 6 months I phoned again, did not receive a return call. I went yesterday to pick it up, finished or not. It was finally done. They did not call, although it said on the receipt ""call when completed"" Unprofessional. When I got home I took it out of it's original garment bag from the wedding shop. It was not even zipped up and just shoved in with the train wrinkled. I don't know how long it had been hanging that way. It is clean but wrinkled. I recommend you go else where. The service at GIna's is substandard in every way. I would not trust them with such an important item again.
