I should have checked the reviews for this dry cleaner. I wanted to have my daughter's wedding dress cleaned. I took it to Gina's, but should have been suspicious when they told me it would take 6 weeks to clean it. They said they must wash it multiple times and would call if done before. OK, but when I didn' t hear from them after 6 weeks I called and they said it would be ready the next week. When I went in to get it, I talked to the woman who cleans wedding dresses, who seemed in charge. She said she had a hurt leg and couldn't finish it and had been so busy but it would be done in the next few days. She implied it had been washed a few times but had a some stains to still get out. When I called again, still not done. So went to cleaners and asked to see the dress. Nothing at all had been done. Woman admited it had never been cleaned once! So I left disgusted with the dress. I did get a phone call and said they would clean it for free but no way was I letting them have the dress.
