My two cashmere sweaters were lost at Gina?s Dry Cleaners. I did not pick the sweaters up for awhile and they said they were not responsible after 30 days. I called Gina?s numerous times inquiring with an excuse each time as to why they had not returned my calls. Will they compensate me for my two lost sweaters? I was told ?no,? but I am waiting for a call back from the owner. I work in Lake Oswego and will tell all my friends and family about my awful experience. They not only lost my business, but several others! The manager, Bobbi, has very poor people skills when dealing with customers. I?m sure better options exist.
