I just have to say that Gina's is the best. They are the dry-cleaning company my hotel uses for all guest and personal dry cleaning. I have never had a complaint from a guest concerning their services and they know my company by name when we call.
I sent a sport coat in today and needed 2.5"" removed from the sleeves, a button replaced and then dry cleaned. I talked to them yesterday and they let me know it would be a 24 hour turn around. I was fine with that and sent it in this morning. I just got it back, 5-hours after sending it in.
They tayloring was perfect, buttons secure and replaced and the coat is amazingly clean.
Thanks to Bobbi and staff for all your assistance. You really impressed me.
