Gina's employees are polite and fabulous and always professional. The owner is RUDE, and extremely unprofessional, and has a major attitude problem.It is unfortunate that she has no idea how to treat people, her customer service skills are disgraceful. Clearly she was not raised with good manners. Clearly from the reviews I am not the only one who feels this way. I had the same dry cleaner for 15 years before moving and was never treated in such a disgraceful way. I feel really sorry for her.
