I received awful customer service from Bobbi. I would suggest that they hire a manager with better people skills. The quality of their work will not even matter if they continue to lose business due to poor attitudes. Have they never heard of the phrase, ""The customer is always right?"" Although anyone who has worked in customer service knows that this is not entirely true, that should still be kept in mind while dealing with disputes. I do not recommend them, especially with so many other options out there.
