I was pleased with the total experience. I bought the door online and picked It up about 10 days later and installed it myself with the help of my son. I ordered my Garage door from Doors direct after Shopping on line and at local Stores and found them to be the Best Price around with comparable materials. DOOR PURCHASED 11/1/2013

I ordered one size door and after a week or so, I still did not hear from the company or anything, I called back and the saga began. To make a long story short, I wound up calling and leaving messages for about 2 weeks before finally getting my door shipped. The company has great prices, Customer Service will work with you, when you can get one on the phone. Finally getting the door shipped was a wait process for getting an appointment. Overall there was lots of bumps and stops in the process of getting this door but it is a great quality of door and it is just as described on the site, easy to install and the product and price outweighed the hassle I went through. more

All I needed was a small door and Doors Direct arranged it so that on my way back from Florida, I could pick it up from the warehouse on my way home. They were just really pleasant people to deal with. I wrote the salesperson a personal note thanking her for going above and beyond her normal work. more
