After I ordered a door, they actually called me to make sure it was the right thing. It was. It was delivered on time (3-4 weeks) and the whole experience was excellent. I called once to inquire about delivery and I actually spoke to a real person right away. He provided helpful and accurate information. Use these guys if you need a door. more

Excellent product and service. 10/29/2013

I submitted my order online. I then received a phone call explaining all of the requirements for fastening, clearances, etc., which required a slight modification in the height. They promised shipment in about 2 weeks, and it arrived in one. The delivery driver was most helpful in wheeling the door to my garage. Installation instructions were complete, and installation was easy. I'm very happy with the installed product (and the price). more

I love the model 650 I purchased for my shed. I made a mistake and tore off the felt backing, called Roll Up Doors direct to ask how much replacement felt backing was. I got a call back the next day saying they would send me some at no charge. They even paid shipping to send it to me. Who does that anymore? Outsanding product with the first class customer support to match it. Even prior to doors purchase, the associate went over rough opening requirements so the door fit perfect. If only all business operated this way! more

Excellent doors and well written instructions 10/29/2013

The doors are high quality, well engineered. All mounting hardware was strong, high gauge steel that went beyond what was needed. My only recommendation is that the steel bars needed to "wind" the springs be included in the hardware. more

The doors are made to order to the size of your opening. It was a perfect fit, took less than an hour to install and works to perfection. I would recommend it to everyone! more
