I ordered one size door and after a week or so, I still did not hear from the company or anything, I called back and the saga began. To make a long story short, I wound up calling and leaving messages for about 2 weeks before finally getting my door shipped. The company has great prices, Customer Service will work with you, when you can get one on the phone. Finally getting the door shipped was a wait process for getting an appointment. Overall there was lots of bumps and stops in the process of getting this door but it is a great quality of door and it is just as described on the site, easy to install and the product and price outweighed the hassle I went through.
