I feel obligated to update my 11/21/2014 review. While my prior review upon first reaction post service was accurate, but immediately afterwards, I found a few issues that I believe should have been identified during the maintenance service. I have UV/Ozone Air purification lamps as part of my systems. After the service call, I was briefing my wife on what was done, and she noted she could not see the hint of "UV blue" light that is usually visible in the duct work intake grill. I checked and found the UV and Ozone bulbs on both AP units were burned out. This was appearently not checked during the service call nor brought to my attention. Had the basement unit Air purification system been check, upon removing the unit to check the bulbs, the tech would have notice I had a much bigger issue, in that the insulation inside the duct had collapsed and was blocking over 75% of the supply airflow. Based on the amount of dust build up in the duct, this has been this way for a long time. Also, during the service, I pulled the basement unit air filter and noted it needed changed. I did that right then and there with the tech present. I asked him what the attic air filter looked like and he told me that it didn't look nearly as bad as the basement one. Having found the other multiple issues that were missed during the service call, I checked it myself and it was filthy, and far more in need of changing than even the basement filter was. I still think the tech knows his stuff and the quality of the work that was performed was good, but I called them in to check my systems for me (which should include ALL parts of the system) and feel that as part of the system, the air purification systems and filters should have been checked during this maintenance service visit and had this been done, they would have found the bigger blocked duct issue.
