Our experience today with Cody (tech) was a great experience. He makes a service call very easy. He answeres any question we may have. Great service & very knowledgeable young man.

Worst

First call to them went ok till they told me it would cost $39 more if i wonted same day service then they charge for say the next day service . That right there should of raise...

Professional and friendly 11/3/2015

My furnace and outside unit had to be replaced. The team was not only skilled, they were considerate. Booties, something unrolled to protect the floor...all of that makes a difference. I use TLC for my father and will use them for my own household when needed. Nice work! more

I called late in afternoon, we have a yearly contract I was told the tech would be there that afternoon and when I pulled up at 6:00 PM the work was just about done, In addition Andrew address some other concerns we had, Andrew had been out to our home before and is one of the best Tech in the field I have seen honest loves his profession, Thanks, Andrew more

Excellent service every time! 8/11/2015

I have use TLC services three times this year for electrical and plumbing emergencies (it's been a rough, rough year!). In all three occasions, TLC has sent professionals who do an excellent job in a timely manner. Most recently, I had to call TLC to repair a broken spigot by my lawn. The plumber arrive a couple of hours after my call (it was an after-hours, emergency call). He replaced the broken pipes/spigot in record time. more

Outstanding Plumbing Services 8/4/2015

Over the past year, they've solved 2 VERY stubborn drain problems, replaced a water heater, replaced a sump pump, installed a battery backup and fixed a supply leak for me. I've worked with several of their plumbers and had multiple interactions with their office staff. In every case and respect, including value, TLC is the best plumber I've found, and I've tried a few over the years. I used to build homes for a living, so I know what's what and these guys (and girls) are the real deal. As long as they keep doing it the way they've been doing it, TLC will be the only plumber I call. more

Absolutely Outstanding from start to finish 7/29/2015

I discovered a leak in my basement which seemed to be coming from somewhere near the water heater. Since I have had a long-standing service contract with another company, I called them immediately. Their response: "We don't do water heaters. You'll need to call someone else." Thank goodness I called TLC! Barrie was out that afternoon and found the origin of the problems the instant he got to the basement. He explained everything, told me how the replacement would go, fixed another issue right away, and was back the next day with the new water heater. His professionalism and his patience with explaining and reassuring me as he talked me through it all was above-and-beyond. And his work ethic and integrity are simply superb. And kudos to Cody, who came out to check on my overall system for the contract, and to the office staff who called frequently to update me on arrivals. I've dumped my old heating/air conditioning company and signed a new contract with TLC. Quite frankly, there's no other company with which I would prefer to work. Top-of-the-line all the way. more

Water Heater and Water Service Repair 7/16/2015

It started off with a simple HVAC tune-up that turned into noting the water heater was leaking at 5:00 pm on a Wednesday. Barrie came out and had the new water heater installed and new service main ball valve installed along with pressure regulator in short order. Unfortunately, we noted during his job complete inspection that the water service line from main to house was leaking. TLC had all the permits pulled and back out and Barrie did a great job in trying to preserve sod and ground cover. Passed County inspection without a hitch. I was lucky to have TLC and Barrie in my time of need. more

Holding Tank Replacement 5/8/2015

My holding tank started leaking water on Wednesday. I called TLC and they got a crew out the next day to take a look. The crew was extremely polite and knowledable. On Friday, the tank was installed. Don picked up the phone after Patti transferred me. I used them for home PERIOD. On time stay until the job is done, solving any issues. I called for a worked related thing-I am in outside sales. After weeks of searching for plumber to help -Don jumped on it. I mean they jumped on it-set up a special server to send over data to get an entire crew vetted for a secure government building safely and secure. Don was responsive and professional and I look like a hero to my client and TLC is my hero. Thank you TLC! If you need service of any kind that TLC can provide-you need to call them TODAY. more

Professional and courteous 4/17/2015

: I live in Gainesville and recently had several plumbing issues. I called TLC due to Internet reputation. Bert Russell was the TLC representative. He was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I had initially called about my kitchen foset. Bert installed a wonderful top of the line foset in no time at all. I mentioned my concern about a water or leak sound in the master bathroom, which Bert looked at and fixed even though it was not initially mentioned as a problem. He was very quiet when fixing all of these problems which was very important to me because I have a three month old baby boy. The plumbing industry need more people like Bert. more
