We had the misfortune of losing heat on the record breaking coldest night of the year on Feb 19th ; by 12:30am our house temp was below 50 degrees. We were due to catch flights the next day to go out of town on vacation. Fourteen emergency calls in we received one return call from Mac Ludin the on call tech from TLC. On very little sleep Mac drove 1 hour and 40 minutes to come to our home in Reston (from Madison, VA) at 4:00 am and replace our ignition switch on the furnace in a timely and professional manner. In spite of the fact that he had had little to no sleep he also shared with us maintenance options and offerings for future service considerations. I am not sure many Technicians, would have gone so far out of their way to ensure our family got our heat restored in such a timely fashion. We are so grateful for the responsive, and professional manner of Mac Ludin and TLC we will be sharing this with our extended family members. Thanks again Mac!
