Review content:
I use TLC because they are truly full-service and can deal with plumbing, air conditioning, heat pumps and our oil furnace. I recently called TLC for plumbing services and a HVAC problem and I was fortunate that they were able to schedule the service the same day with two experts in their own trade. Kevin was great at fixing the plumbing issues and was honest about what products I might want to purchase on my own. When Andrew arrived to check out our oil furnace and the house humidifier, he showed me that there was an oil leak and that the humidifier wasn't even wired to work properly. He also showed me that the humidifier water was pulling from the cold water line which wasn't efficient. The crisis was avoided when he noticed a small leak in a water main line, that if left unattended could have resulted in a flooded basement. He call into the shop and had Andrew come back to the house immediately to repair this problem, thus avoiding a disaster!
