I just had to compliment your company on a fantastic job from beginning to end, especially from Monica, your customer service representative who answered my calls. On Christmas Eve, the breaker on the furnace at my rental home tripped again and the sump pump began to spurt water. I called around and was reminded by Vicky Noland that TLC Services now does plumbing in addition to HVAC, so I called the office. Monica answered my calls and took such great care of me ( I was in panic mode). She was absolutely wonderful every time I called (and I called at least 5 different times!). Monica sent Eric and Mac out to take care of the issues. All of this wonderful service was on Christmas Eve. I was even able to use some TLC Cash toward the bill! I’m thrilled to know I can call TLC Services for all my Heating, Cooling, Plumbing or Electrical needs and receive this same level of service! Thank you again, TW. Happy New Year!”
