I contacted TLC for my annual plumbing inspection, annual heater/AC maintenance and to do some gas line work in order to accommodate a new stove. I was surprised when the installers couldn't install my new stove without plumbing. I called them to see if they could do my annual plumbing inspection and modify the gas pipe to accommodate the new oven. Two plumbers were in the area and came by fairly quickly. However, the work was more extensive than expected (by me). They returned to complete the work. Although maybe a little more pricey than others, I feel as though I can trust them. I've had bad experience with other companies. I decided to do the plumbing inspection on another day. Then, Andrew came on another day to do the annual maintenance on my heating/AC unit. He is so awesome! He was good with my dogs, too, and remembered them from a previous visit. Andrew was as friendly as always and very thorough. I need to get my vents cleaned, but I can't do that at the moment. Other than that, everything was as expected. The plumbing inspection was also scheduled and completed. As it turns out, the plumber who did my gas pipe work was previously the apprentice of the person who did my plumbing inspection. I thought that was pretty cool! And. . .I wish I could remember names, but the only one I can remember is Andrew.
