My TLC technician was Andrew Farrell. He was on time, incredibly hard working, very thorough, respectful, personable and a friendly, funny gentleman. Throughout the HVAC inspection--which actually took some time--he explained how the system operated, took readings, showed me photos of the inside of my furnace and duct work under my home, and changed the filters. He went above and beyond the average guy, from providing preventative maintenance tips to ensuring that my propane fireplaces were safe for winter operation--a big frustrating concern of mine. He provided a complete analysis of my system and a printed report with his findings. Impressively, Andrew wore shoe covers to protect my hard wood floors, and even cleaned off a finger print mark over the fireplace. I come from a BIG CONSTRUCTION family, so I'm familiar with high quality service work---and I was SO IMPRESSED! No hard sales pitches, just terrific work. Because of this stellar work ethic and the quality care Andrew took during the job, I asked about your company’s Maintenance Agreement and I’m delighted to say I’m your newest ESA member. I also purchased a Low Level CO Detector to keep my family safe from our two propane fireplaces and gas furnace. Your company’s service today was worth every penny! And now bring on Don--your expert plumbing technician-- who Andrew kindly called to have him explain how my Rinnai water system should be flushed out every 2 yrs. (The original installer never explained this to me!)
