First call to them went ok till they told me it would cost $39 more if i wonted same day service then they charge for say the next day service . That right there should of raised a red flag so i asked for a 3 pm service on another day all good till 5:15 pm comes that day to were i had to call them to find out that they were running late with no call from them to let me know . Red flag a gene he gets here i tell him what i do to maintain my systen to here you need this part ok lets do it part ordered time and day set for after noon 3pm comes i call them to here he is going to be there after 5pm a gene there a gene no call from them so i make it for another day o my gosh he shows up on time part installed all good so they say come home to problems call to inform them to here a lady be very rude to me on the phone ans say you may need to pay for a service call for him to come see whats wrong i new what was wrong but she did not wont to here that man shows next morning fixed what was done wrong and i just hope it last .
