My first time experience with TLC was on 12 March. Mac Ludin who never before saw my heat pump or furnace did not take long to survey the situation, brief us about what he found, provided a recommendation and cost estimate, and, once approved by us quickly took the action to get the necessary equipment and proceeded to correct the problem. I felt very comfortable and felt confident the problem would be fixed after only a few minutes conversing with Mac. Well spoken, very courteous and above all very qualified and knowledgeable about heating cooling issues. TLC certainly has a top notch technician who serves the company very well.
