Replacement of 31 year old residential HVAC system 6/6/2019

On Tuesday, June 4th, the Crain Team installed a complete heating and air conditioning system and completed the work in one day. They were knowledgeable, very polite, quite, helpful in explaining how the new system worked, cleaned up after the work was done, both on the exterior and interior. Crain would be the first company that I would call and recommend. If I was able to give the Crain TEAM six stars, I definitely would. more

INSTALLATION OF NEW FURNACE AND A/C SYSTEM 5/28/2019

THE TECHNICIANS CALLED 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO THEIR ARRIVAL AND THEY ARRIVED WITHIN THE ALLOTTED TIME FRAME. JUSTIN AND NATE WORKED FROM 9:20AM TILL 5:30PM WHEN THE INSTALLATION WAS COMPLETED. THEY WORKED NON-STOP - DIDN'T EVEN TAKE A LUNCH BREAK JUSTIN IS COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS CRAFT. THEY COVERED THE WALKWAY WITH TARP AND CLEANED EXTREMELY WHEN THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. JUSTIN AND NATE WORKED WELL TOGETHER THE TECHNICIANS WERE VERY PLEASANT AND HAVE AN OUTSTANDING ATTITUDE. I WOULD RECOMMEND CRAIN FOR ALL HVAC INSTALLATIONS more

HVAC Installation for DeVoss/ONeill 5/22/2019

The team at Crain Heating and Cooling did an awesome job installing our HVAC system. They were professional, courteous and quick! When the job was complete Justin walked us through all the details on how the system worked from seasonal adjustments to required maintenance. The old units were removed and everything inside and outside was thoroughly cleaned up. We would highly recommend this team! more

Residential HVAC system replacement 5/21/2019

Crains team followed through with the installation as scheduled and completed everything in one day.(8 hrs)Jill the estimator was excellent to work with and provided all documents prior to the project start.I was impressed with the installers professional attitude and willingness to answer all questions. Justin & Will are a great team. They cleaned up and ensured the house was protected from dirty foot prints and debris from the installation. I would definitely recommend calling Crain for a quote. Good job guys!! more

Initial Experience - Stellar 4/10/2019

Needed work on my A/C so I Googled for providers in my area. Crain had a high YELP rating so I sent an email to set up an appointment. I immediately received a response and the appointment was set. Ted came out the next week to look at A/C. Unfortunately, as we expected we needed a new unit. Ted reviewed options and we agreed to replace our a/c and furnace. I felt he was an advisor and not a sales person during the process. He did not try to upsell us to something we did not need. We will be getting new units next week. I will try to rate again once that is complete. more

We had a complimentary furnace service call after getting our AC unit installed last year by Crain Heating and Cooling. Brent was outstanding, friendly and explained some of the inner workings of the furnace to me during his inspection. Communication regarding the appointment was outstanding! I received a reminder call the previous day, and a call directly from Brent in the morning when he was about 15 minutes out. I will definitely recommend Crain Heating and Cooling to anyone needing Furnace or AC installed or serviced in the future. more

I had a hot water tank installed by Sean who was very professional and pleasant. Cody came to help Sean remove the hot water tank and he was also very professional and friendly. Hailey was very helpful when I called the office too make an appointment. I have used Crain Heating in the past and I would recommend and use them again. Their installers do good work. I've used them In Livonia where I used to live and when I moved to Farmington Hills I knew I would use them again. Thank you Crain Heating. more

Crain staff are very efficient, helpful, responsive and informative. Office team members took our request for service and scheduled our service call in an efficient manner. The service tech, Ted, assessed what was the issue and had our furnace up and running shortly after arriving. He was very responsive and informative in responding to our questions. Ted did not leave until he was satisfied the system was running well. By being thorough he uncovered a second issue that needed to be addressed. more
