Great, thorough furnace inspection service 11/10/2016

It is great to be back with the Crain family for our heating and cooling needs. The inspection was thorough and some minor problems were corrected. Notes were made on items to be checked later. And a carbon monoxide test was done too. The 2 year service contract was a good deal for our family so our equipment will keep functioning smoothly as needed. The technician, Weldeab, was friendly, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend the services to anyone. more

Impressive quality and service 11/6/2016

Me and my family now live drastically more comfortably and happily thanks to the experts at Crain Heating and Cooling. The level of quality and workmanship is top notch, so much so that the city inspectors commented on how good a job they regularly perform. That kind of unbiased review really matters to me. Our home is comfortable and finally fresh air gets to the top floors of my older home. No sudden temperature changes when i go from room to room, floor to floor. Also, they really left no mess and clean up behind themselves which was appreciated by my elderly parents. Their price was very fair and their followup when we experienced a minor issue was impressive. Their office staff is very patient when we called with questions and concerns, taking time to educate us, which was very much appreciated. They stand behind their product, take their time with you giving you that genuine positive family business feel, and i now recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. more

furnace and humidifier install 11/4/2016

Garrett and Ed installed my new Lennox furnace yesterday as well as a humidifier. They were so professional and worked hard, finishing sooner than expected. Garrett explained everything well and completely and answered all my questions. Crain is a pleasure to work with, from the lady who answers the phone (who is also very knowledgeable) to Jason who cleans and services and Jason Crain, the owner himself. Furnace check at my home, Thursday, Oct. 20. 10/21/2016

Very happy with this company. I feel I can trust them---they won't over charge me, or fudge about prices or condition of my furnace, A/C, Hot Water Heater, etc. Weldeab was just fine. Seemed very knowledgeable, was polite and friendly, and I felt comfortable with him, asked him questions, he answered with concern for my questions and came across as very capable. Talking on the phone is always a pleasant experience with you as well. Thank you. more

Pleased with work 8/17/2016

Jason is always a pleasure to talk with. He is efficient, really knowledgeable about his work and gives helpful hints. When he visited this week to check on the air conditioner, he noticed that the filter was dirty. Rather than scolding us about it, he just pulled it out part way. He said is was just a reminder to take care of it as soon as possible. He also said that the filters actually needed to be replaced more in the summer when the air conditioner is working than it is in the winter when the heat is turned on. Nice to know! The office staff is always friendly. So nice to have a company that we can depend on. more

Replaced cooling coil in furnace 5/5/2016

Office staff very pleasant and provided time when team would show up for repairs. Jason and Rob arrived at the appointed time. Repairs were completed on time. They completed the job in a profession manner and explained the work that was done. more

Customer Experience 3/31/2016

Great Experience! Jim Crain came out and reviewed all of our options with us. No pressure and very professional. Matt and Ed came out to install and were just great. Very organized and fussy about their work. They laid cloths down where they would be walking on the basement carpet and cleaned up all materials behind them. They were great when my husband asked questions, explained anything that he needed them to. Would highly recommend this company to friends and family, more
