Hot Water Heater Installation 7/28/2019

Crain replaced two 50 gallon hot water heaters with a tankless water heater. Ted was the primary installer. There was a defective part in the new heater which caused some issues but Ted stuck with the installation, multiple trips, to ultimately find the problem and resolve it.. Ted did an excellent job in resolving the issue and kept us up to date through out the whole process. Crain supported him and us until the issue was resolved. Now we are not constantly heating 100 gallons of water and have a lot more room now that the two old water heaters are gone. Thumbs up to Ted and Crain. more

Brandon Field Service 7/26/2019

While I did not give Brandon a 5 Star rating, I saw that he was the junior of the two who serviced the house. As such I would give him a 5 star as he was attentive to directions. Also, courteous. Both employees of the firm were exemplary. more

Experience with new HVAC Positive from Quote to Install 7/20/2019

We were in need of a new furnace and air conditioner. Crain came out and was very helpful and informative in the quoting processes. They listened to our concerns and worked with us to decide on the best fit for our house and budget. The installation was very straightforward and took about 8 hours. We have had a chance to run both the furnace and the air conditioner in the 3 months since it has been installed and have been very pleased! more

Sloppy and Careless 7/10/2019

The install was sloppy and careless at best. Installers Will and Justin made a total mess of my basement. Completely ignored my requests and as a result did not even pass inspection. Four visits later we have given up. The system works, but that's about it. Definitely would not recommend them if you want a quality job done right the first time. more

From quoting to installation, Crain was professional every step of the way. They quoted me the best price on what I believe based on my research is the Cadillac of furnaces/AC, Lennox, and did an amazing job on the install. I would highly recommend you at least give them a chance to give you a quote. I don't thing you will be disappointed. more

Cody came out and quoted our new HVAC system. He was knowledgeable about the product and pleasant. Josh and William came to install our new HVAC system on 6/20/19. They were both professional and answered any questions I had. All in all, my husband and I felt all three did a great job! We would recommend Crain Heating and Cooling to our friends. more

Excellent Service as Always from Crain H&C 6/8/2019

I chose Crain for my furnace / a/c and hot water heater replacements in January and I'm sure glad I did. As I was replacing my furnace filter this Saturday morning the plastic wrap was sucked up my furnace shaft. I called a local HVAC company and they stated the charge would be $208 minimum for a weekend call to take a look. Then I recalled that Crain staffed techs on weekends. Crain did the work for $59. The technician, Marlyn, was prompt, courteous and very competent. He reached up the shaft and pulled out a large piece of plastic wrap. And then removed a panel in another location and found the rest of the plastic. Great service at a reasonable price! It made my day!! more
