AC Repair 6/15/2017

Marlyn was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, willing to show and explain problems with AC and furnace. He was able to repair AC, which was a huge blessing for my 85 year old Mom and the 90 degree days. One concern was calling on a Thursday, and having to wait til the next Tuesday at 6pm for service, however, not sure that any other company would not have had a wait time as well. more

We have used the services of Crain Heating and Cooling for a long time. It was the first time that we had Mike in our home. He was courteous and efficient. We needed a check up on our air conditioner and also needed a new damper for the humidifier. He took care of the issues in a short amount of time. We would certainly recommend Crain's and their employees. more

Stacey, was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. She also gives you a helpful "Reminder" call the day before your service. Mike, who performed maintenance on our unit, was knowledgeable, courteous, respectful of our home, neat and clean (protective shoe covers) when entering our home, and friendly. He answered all our questions and performed a thorough cleaning of our unit. He also gave us a call to let us know when he would be arriving and was very prompt. Awesome Experience with Crain. Highly recommend. We will be calling in the Fall. more

Furnace and AC Installation 5/11/2017

Cannot say enough positive things about this team of Jason, Matt and Derick. Timing, courtesy, professionalism, product knowledge, cleanliness etc. They kept us informed along the way and answered any questions we had. They cared for our home as if it were their own. One item I must point out as an example is that they had to install vents through the side of my home just above my workbench in the basement. The drilling process left quite a mess over my bench and all the little storage bins I had for screws, nuts and bolts etc. I fully expected to clean this mess up after they left as it was my issue for not covering the stuff up; but I was shocked to discover they left my bench etc exactly as they found it. This was one of the nicest experiences we have ever had with a contractor in our home. Keep up the good work more

Installed new water heater / did a great job. 4/24/2017

Crain Heating and Cooling installed a new water heater for me. Due to the small space my furnace had to be removed as part of the job. Technicians they sent were very professional and friendly. Work looked great. Also had a very good price for the work. more

Great job for new install 4/15/2017

We had 3 bids for a new furnace and a/c. Crain was by far the best bid, best quality for equipment in the home, they do not sub contract their repair work. It is a family owned business and they have all in-house personnel and they are constantly in touch with the customer. There was no pressure to buy and Cody was very helpful with questions or concerns. We are extremely happy with Crain and we look forward to their maintenance of our new Lennox furnace and air conditioning unit. This is a long lasting business relationship for our heating and air conditioning of our home. Thank you. more

Furnace and AC Install 4/7/2017

We had the pleasure of having Nick and Ed at our home today to install a new Lennox furnace and AC system, along with a whole house humidifier. They arrived promptly in the window promised and were very professional from the minute they arrived. They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and made sure we had an opportunity to ask any questions we had. Throughout the day, they performed their work efficiently and with as little disruption as possible - which was very much appreciated with 2 curious dogs in our home! When finished, Nick made sure to show us how to use the new equipment and how to ensure we get our full extended warranty through Lennox. Thanks again Nick and Ed. Great work! more

Return Air Duct Installation in Crawl Space 3/12/2017

Nick and Derick did a fantastic job! They had to work in a very narrow crawl space. It had to be extremely difficult. They worked long and hard until the job was done. They were very professional and answered all my questions happily. I am very pleased with the results. My home is much warmer now. more
