I had 4 companies quote my furnace replacement through Angies list. Cody from Crain was at our home the morning we called and Crain was selected after comparing the other 3 quotes...

Great Service for Furnace Install 12/20/2018

Everything, from the initial phone call, which was followed up with emails notifying me who was coming and when, to the very helpful sales rep who didn't try to up-sell me to a furnace I didn't need, to Sean and Will, who called to let me know they were on the way and then handled every aspect of the installation professionally. If you handle every customer experience this way, you are one great company! more

Justin and Will really know their stuff. They did a great job, and they had great attitudes. I would recommend them to anyone doing a heating and cooling project. I also appreciated professionalism of the sales rep, Cody. We took three bids, and Cody's was the only one that provided the detail needed to make an informed decision. more

Crain Continues Great Service 11/18/2018

We've had Ted visit our place a few times now, and each visit he exceeds our expectations in terms of professionalism, prompt identification of the issue and most importantly, prompt execution of the resolution. Crain is also very competitively priced, whereas the competition is very quick to overcharge you just for a visit, that's simply not the case when you call Crain. more

Both men were excellent in their delivery of service. They were polite, neat and efficient in the clean up. They explained how to use the equipment they installed. I would recommend Crain Heating and Cooling to anyone and will use them again if the need arises. And I would like for these two gentlemen to return if needed. more

Extremely Happy with My AC and Furnace Installation 9/24/2018

Justin was very professional. He took the time to explain everything in detail about the installation process, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He even made it super easy for me to register my products. We had four companies come out with quotes and Crain Heating and Cooling by far was the best choice. We're so glad we went with them and would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to service or replace their HVAC appliances. more

Furnace Tune Up 9/12/2018

As with most people, I did not think to schedule my winter tune up until it actually got cold for a few days. Waiting this late usually means scheduling delays, but Crain was able to get a technician over THE NEXT DAY. Marlyn was very quick to get started when he arrived and was very pleasant to deal with. He clearly articulated the issues and laid out options. Great job! more

Estimate was given by Jason Crain who was outstanding in explaining the equipment and how it works. The field installation team did a great job installing both the furnace and AC unit,would recommend this company as your team to go with if your looking for a new furnace or AC unit, quality work A+++++ more

Not sure why I am wasting my time.. 5/26/2018

I hate when I have to call and told I will get a call back and the call is not returned because the staff went home early. Today was my appointment. Kid was polite BUT I asked to have someone sent that had no fragrance on since my health requires this. Girl at office said she had it in the notes and would make sure the guy knew and also would send out a new furnace filter that I would buy when the guy got here. WHAT A JOKE.... Guy had after shave or cologne on and made me have to sit on deck and have my windows open. ALSO no filter. I just placed an order on line now so will be paying less than what you charge. I had to leave my home for the day because the fragrance does not just disappear in a short time. My organs are failing because of this and I keep breaking down to more things when people ignore what I have asked and I had took them at their word that they understood and would make sure they sent the right person. Do I have anything to say good SORRY...no way. more
