We had a complimentary furnace service call after getting our AC unit installed last year by Crain Heating and Cooling. Brent was outstanding, friendly and explained some of the inner workings of the furnace to me during his inspection. Communication regarding the appointment was outstanding! I received a reminder call the previous day, and a call directly from Brent in the morning when he was about 15 minutes out. I will definitely recommend Crain Heating and Cooling to anyone needing Furnace or AC installed or serviced in the future.
