Review content:
Crain staff are very efficient, helpful, responsive and informative. Office team members took our request for service and scheduled our service call in an efficient manner. The service tech, Ted, assessed what was the issue and had our furnace up and running shortly after arriving. He was very responsive and informative in responding to our questions. Ted did not leave until he was satisfied the system was running well. By being thorough he uncovered a second issue that needed to be addressed.
