Some time back I needed a complete new unit installed. A Lady called from Comfort Experts, and everything she said was good. They explained all the questions I asked because I wasn't very used to their service. I was very pleased. The fellow understood everything. My husband was pretty good at finding the good ones, and he would not change the service if he was still here. more

Comfort Experts is a very professional very informative company. They are the best choice for your air conditioning/heater needs. My service appointment was for a heating checkup. They arrived when they said they would and the serviceman was clean and professional. Most technicians appeared to be competent with their knowledge regarding my central unit with heat pump. However, I have had at least one technician that seemed to be very limited in his knowledge of the unit. I had to inform him several times about different aspects of the unit including the fact that it included a heat pump. Most technicians didn't realize that I have a down-draft unit until I informed them. My observations lead me to think that it might be beneficial to keep new employees on orientation for a longer period of time to allow them to get the experience they need before going out on their own. more

The analysis of our 3 systems was detailed and laid out clearly as well as alternate costs. We decided to replace an aging, undersized HVAC unit, and what a difference the right sized, energy efficient system makes. Even with thermostat set at the same temp, the house no longer has warm and cold spots. Haven't gotten a new bill yet, but just living in the house is much more comfortable. My miserly husband can't believe how much better it is though he will never admit to it being money well-spent. Part of the job included blowing 14" of insulation in the attics. The clean up could have been better, but it is probably impossible to get all little pieces of fluff that float around. Only reason why Total Experience was not a 5 star rating. One of the rungs in the ceiling ladder broke under their weight, and probably not their fault at all since it was an older ladder (not sure how old since we've only lived in the house 18 months), but they let me know it had broken and they built a new step at no additional cost to me. more

Tech was knowledgable, curteous, friendly and went out of his way to be helpful. Noticed I had a cast on my hand and was limited in what I could do including sweeping leaves from my garage. When getting the paperwork ready for me to sign he said "by the way, I saw your big broom and sweap your garage for you". I was surprised and pleasantly surprised about the "over and above' service. He was very knowledgable about a product that I have been contemplating purchasing and provided information that I did not previously have. more

Comfort Experts, Inc. come out, and do what they're supposed to do. The only complaint I have, is that it took them a few months to get the filter I needed ordered. But once they got it, they came by and put it in quickly. more

First time I had a very good sales and installation. I was very happy. All promises were kept. Tool 4 years to completely fix a problem with the furnace on real cold mornings. I ended up thinking their techs were not that experienced but they finally were hiring more knowledgeable ones. No problems after that and was completely satisfied. I bought another bigger Ac/furnace in 2011. Was not satisfied with installation after platform raised up after a few days. Called and was assured by the sales person that they would fix it. Its been 7 months and it hasn`t been fixed. The AC/furnace works great and much better than old one I hope the service is better than on the old one. No problems so far.Don`t want to go thru another 4 years of temp. fixes that quit working. Will get all promises in writing for now on. more

Well only thing that was good was the people that came out and did the job. THey were very polite and all. But as for the rest, I am unhappy with what they Comfort Expert did in fixing my problem. From the very first day after it was installed, had to call them back to fix the air flow problem reaching the other side of the house. They kept making excuses from that point on. First they said they reduct it. Then they said it was my vents. Then they said I needed more eaves vent on my house. And the last they did to fix my problem was actually take the duct going to my bathrooms and took it loose, to give more airflow to the other side of the house. So how does that fix anything by doing that, other than creating more airflow. Now I have no air what so ever in my bathrooms. I wasn't here that day they did that. If I had known that , there would have been no way I would have let them do it. I even bought the maintenance thing and each time they been out, I told them about this. And not one of the service tech that was out didn't care to resolve it. To me that is not customer care. I will not recommend you all to anyone if that how I was treated in resolving my problem. Secondly the heat pump is a piece of junk. It cost me more money running it during the winter than it did during the summer. It not doing the job it suppose to do. Had some issues, but they are trying to make them right. 12/16/2011

I still feel I was slicked on an AC warranty that they had a man claim wasn't on the "right" form. Since then when I have had issues They have tried to resolve them and make things right. iwas in fact calle dby their customer service rep and we had a good conversation as to how to correct issues. I would say they are making effort to listen, which not all companies do. more
