My experience with Comfort Experts went through with what they said they would do. The workers who came out worked hard, and were very capable of doing the work they did. Also, they cleaned up really well after themselves. I will definitely use them again! more

Worst Customer Service - Horrible Warranty 10/26/2011

Yes this company is SOOO proud of being part of the community. Check out BBB website and u will see in the past 3 years they have had 125 complaints on waranty issues and poor customer service. I myself have had a bad experience with Comfort Experts. After 2 months of having them attempt to fix my unit and spending over $400 they finally fixed it with a simple washing of my coils using my water and my hose. They didn't use ANY chemicals and want to charge me $400-450 to do it because I am asking for the $400 back spent needlessly on thier very poor services. Again check with BBB and you will se this company doesn't care about it's customers or community. They overcharge and deliver poor services. more
