If you want to over pay, this is the place for you. I had two parts replaced for 299 each!! later I looked up the parts, from the manufacturer ranged from 30-50$ each. I understand that a company needs to make money to stay in business but a mark up of 10 times? I think that is wrong. The tech was her for less than an hour and my bill was 658. Later I called the a supervisor and told him my opinion and he basically said sorry I did not see the value in there service. Please use anyone else but these people. more

This is my 3rd time using this company in which all three times has been useless. I have paid service charges and have yet to have alternate options provided to be other than replacing my system. Comfort Experts, Inc. put in my air conditioning unit for me. They did a good job. I would say that they are timely and efficient. I was happy with the service I received. I would use them again if I had an issue. more

Robert V. did a great job redoing our duct work in Master bedroom and bath. It really made a difference in the amount of heat we are getting in those areas. He was nice, professional and did every thing expected of him. more

Comfort Experts, Inc. installed my original air conditioning for me. I now have a maintenance contract with them. If I ever have an issues with my unit they correct it promptly and efficiently. Their customer service is very impressive. I have referred them many times to family and associates. I highly recommend them. more

Comfort Experts, Inc. is pretty good, and they show up at the proper time. About seven years ago they installed our furnace, and since then they do the periodic maintenance on it. They seem to know what they're doing, and it's been a pretty good experience. When they initially installed the furnace, they had to make some modifications for it to fit our house. We have a low-pitched roof, so they had to do a little more than the standard installation. They did a nice job, and it's worked well for us the last seven years. It's been a pleasant experience dealing with them. more

Comfort Experts comes in and checks things and I've had real good service with everything for years with them. They're real nice when they come in and I get everything I feel that I'm paying for. more

Comfort Experts Dallas and Fort Worth is the worst company I've ever dealt with. Robert the installer was nice, but unfortunately he pulled a wrong breaker when installing equipment. I work from home and this caused internet to be out from Thursday at 4pm through Saturday at 11am. I am commission based using the internet. I received no call from the manager as I was told would happen. I made a call myself this week and was offered an additional year free which I wasn't prepared to sign anything and Ralph told me to call back when I had an idea of what I wanted to do. Spoke with Ralph today the owner/manager and he is the absolute rudest most disrespectful person ever. Speaking to him on the phone he wants me to sign a form for an additional year membership and that isn't what I want. I want a credit back for the platinum membership or something since none of that service has been performed and I had a loss of work time and commission from the internet being out. Mind you I was just speaking to him in a normal tone. He said I can't believe you just said that to me. I will call you back within 24 hours when cooler heads prevail. I was perfectly calm and have no idea with the exception of his yelling was the only one who obviously couldn't manage to stay calm and he hung up the phone. What kind of company does that? Horrible customer service and attitude for Ralph and the company in general has a very bad taste in my mouth. more

We used Comfort Experts for the service plan where they did some minor repairs and came out for a regular check twice a year. I really like their availability. They can get out when you ask for them promptly. Their prices can be more competitive. more

I've enjoyed using Comfort Experts a lot. I really value their responsiveness. Whenever I've had issues, the technicians were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Those who had come to my house before had knowledge of my situation and they come in with some background of my home so that has always made for a positive experience. They've also been really good at recommending tips on how to make sure the systems are running appropriately. We've had them do various jobs upstairs, in addition to installing brand new air conditioners throughout our home. Juan is an expert at what he does. He's polite, responsive, and just offers exceptional service. I'd recommend Comfort Experts right away. more

The tech assigned for the task was very professional. He spoke knowledgeably about my older HVAC system, and made recommendations regarding how to keep it in good working condition without making me feel as though I was under pressure to purchase anything. A very good experience. If I sell the house in the near future, I'll definitely recommend Hobson to the next owner.
