Comfort Experts Inc. put in our heating and air conditioning unit about 8 years ago. They now come out twice a year to keep it up for us. They always do what they're supposed to do, and do it without any complaints. more

Pretty good service overall. 11/11/2013

Comfort Experts usually come out to check my unit. They do a really good job of that. They tell me what needs to be done and what could wait a little longer so we don't have to do everything at the same time. Sometimes, they say something needs to be done when I don't necessarily think it's really needed yet. more

I've had no problems with my air conditioner or heater. We've been out here since 1980 and it was just a few years after we moved that Comfort Experts, Inc. did our air conditioning and heating. They come out once a year and check things and they are always here if I need them. I haven't needed to turn on my heater yet this winter, but my air conditioning has been good. If it doesn't work when I turn it on, I'll call and I know they'll come. They do an excellent job when they come and they're nice. All and about, they have done excellent work for us. more

I am selling my home of 39 years and moving to a different state. For the last 11 years here, Comfort Experts Inc.'s people have been so wonderful. Ralph Roberts was especially outstanding! Whenever he checked the AC unit or the heating, he did everything so carefully. He was always so professional, accommodating, and cordial. Juan was great at troubleshooting. 10/1/2013

We had a simple problem with the drainage, instead of with the actual unit. Comfort Experts, Inc.'s consultant helped us out and identified what the issue was very quickly. We worked with Juan, and he is absolutely fantastic. I would highly recommend him especially. more

AC Repair 8/23/2013

After having two other companies come out and "sell" me on a full AC system, Ralph came out and made a couple of minor repairs and everything is working perfectly. When it is time for a brand new system, I will absolutely chose Comfort Experts. To me this is the absolute best demonstration of great business! He could have easily told me the system was shot and I needed a new one. Came in a little lower than the other two proposals, and took advantage of my ignorance. But he did the right thing and explained what was most likely causing the issue and what he did to fix it. He also explained that if these steps didn't work, what we should do next. more

Worse company I have ever seen. NO HONOR at all. Given te chance to make things right are ignored. Rude. Very Shady. Very Poor install. Damage. Caused very serious problems for my family. Bet they won't post this one. I will just keep posted them everywhere else. more

Came out same day I called but not satisfied with cost policy 5/25/2013

I had a contract that gave me a 20 discount on parts and service. I was pleased that a serviceman came out the same day and got AC running in less than 30 minutes. The bill was $493 with discount. I paid it but after looking at the invoice, I asked for an itemized statement so I could see how much parts cost and how much labor was. I was told by accounting that they didn't send out itemized statements. Even with discount the service call was $79. The parts were shown as 2 at $207 for total of $414. Sounded like a scam and feels like I was scammed. I will not be using them again. more

bad dont do as they say back of guarantees system will be replaced at no charge if it fails in ten year. a hole bunch of bs dont do buss with them good luck if you do more

They come when I call. They come out once or twice a year to service my equipment and do a good job. The only thing I could say against them is they tried to sell me something I don't think I need. more
