First time I had a very good sales and installation. I was very happy. All promises were kept. Tool 4 years to completely fix a problem with the furnace on real cold mornings. I ended up thinking their techs were not that experienced but they finally were hiring more knowledgeable ones. No problems after that and was completely satisfied. I bought another bigger Ac/furnace in 2011. Was not satisfied with installation after platform raised up after a few days. Called and was assured by the sales person that they would fix it. Its been 7 months and it hasn`t been fixed. The AC/furnace works great and much better than old one I hope the service is better than on the old one. No problems so far.Don`t want to go thru another 4 years of temp. fixes that quit working. Will get all promises in writing for now on.
