Came out 4 times and still did not fix problem and overcharged. 10/12/2012

First Trip - 07/07/2012 Checked unit and sold warranty plan. Said Black Growth in air handler,contacts burnt, cond relay burnt, recommend surge protection. Second Visit on 07/22/2012 - Came out Compressor in thermo overload. Cooled down winding with water. Replaced burnt contactor to help with power passing to condensor Third Visit on 09/04/2012 Unit was not working correctly. Replaced batteries in thermostat. Said that would correct problem. Fourth Visit 0n 09/20/2012. Adjust Refrigerant level R-22 Quanity of 2. Problem still not resolved. Will be canceling monthly contract immediately. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Their Prices are inflated. Had to call in another company to solve problem. more

We did come to a resolution with the first issue and I will make sure that the technicians suoervisor is aware on the thermostat being left at that temperature. Fast, friendly,and courteous professional service! 6/8/2012

The Comfort Expert technician that repaired my Bryant heat pump had his office call before arriving at the appoinment, arrived on time, and had his office call again to let me know that he had arrived! The technician really knew a LOT about heating and cooling systems, and was able to explain in (terms that I could understand) what exactly had caused the problem with the heat pump. The technician repaired the heat pump extremely fast, but waited until he was absolutely sure the system was working properly before leaving for his next appointment. The technician also showed me some affordable matenance agreement plans that will get me a discount on my next service call! I'm totally satisfied with every aspect of the service. Five Stars! more

AC Tune Up and Repairs 6/4/2012

I would like to inform any and everyone that my experience with both techs Preston Goldthwaite and Michael Mach that came to my house today did an excellent job and I feel that both of them went above and beyond my expectations! I am yet again very happy with the services that Comfort Experts has given me and I can actually say that having them as my AC repair men is the only thing that I look forward to when it comes to my AC failing and or breaking down! Great Service, Great Price and Wonderful employees 6/4/2012

WE had our a/c tune up and the young man that came out did a full inspection of our unit and our attic. He was very professional and wore shoe covers, which i really do appreciate. will recommend to family and friends. more

Through the years that I've had Comfort Experts, I have had nothing but a good experience with everyone representing the company. They take excellent care of my unit, which in turn, they take excellent care of me. The service rep is required to wear shoe covers, and even though I tell them not to worry, they still wear them to honor the companies policy. Integrity, know-how,politeness and over-all great customer service sums it up. more

Really Turned things around 3/20/2012

Upon my original install in 2007 and a repair incident in 2009 Comfort experts left me with a bad taste in my mouth. It seems like they have turned over the staff and are really making an effort to take care of their customers now. I have never had a company so customer focused! They are consistently checking to see how they are performing and going out of their way to repair a problem that I didn't call about a month ago. I love the changes. I will now recommend your company to friends and family. Keep up the good work, I'm impressed! more

Excellent Service/ from tech and office 3/7/2012

I have used Comfort Experts for approx 7 years now. They always have knowledgeable, courteous Techs, who do a professional job. My tech this year cleaned my outside unit better than it had been cleaned in past years (and they had done a good job of it). Customer Service from the office has always been very courteous and helpful. (The appointment reminders are GREAT). I'm thankful they have always come on the same day, when I've had a problem, no matter the hour. more
