Good HOA 1/19/2009

I like it here at Circle Tree its clean well maintained and very quiet. I have great neighbors that are respectful and polite. There are a couple of rental units here but all renters have to have criminal background checks as part of the crime free community regulations. There have been a couple of bad renters but the association gets rid of them very quickly. Small dogs under 20 pounds are allowed but they have to be walked to designated pet areas to do their business. All and all this is a very well managed HOA where the rules are enforced but you are still allowed to breath unlike a lot of HOA's\r \r Pros: Great People more

I agree this place rocks! The HOA fairly enforces the rules with out going overboard and maintains a safe enjoyable community for all of us. I'm sure you have heard some HOA horror stories but you won't find any here. The HOA works with it's owners and enforces Mesa's Crime Free. Pros: Super lighting in parking and common areas more

Down Sized 1/19/2009

After getting laidoff and now making 1/2 of what I use to my family decided it was time to down size. We sold our overpriced way to big house and were lucky enough to sell it for what was owed. We were very fortunate that we found one of the only three bedroom condos at Circle Tree. What a savings my mortgage is 500.00 a month less and unlike my old place the HOA that charged 200.00 a month for nothing this HOA covers sewer,water,trash,pool maintenance and all the common area maintenance for around 150.00 a month saving me at least another 300.00 a month compared to my old house. The kids love the pools and basketball courts! This is a very well run HOA with nice people who do their jobs well. Pros: HOA covers everything more

Safe Clean Place 1/19/2009

I saw the link on Circle Tree's web site to. I agree with all the rest this is a very cool place to live me and my girlfriend are renewing our lease with the owner for a third time. Pros: Very Safe lots of lighting Cons: Lease went up every time but its a small price to pay more

Hey I just saw the link on the Circle Tree web site to City Search so I thought I would throw in my 2 cents.\r Yes this is a very good place to live, the only thing I would change is the rule that you can't have a dog over 20 pounds I really want a German Sheppard. Done With Apartments 1/19/2009

This is a nice place to live, I have been here for the past 6 months. I just rent but the place is very quiet unlike my old apartment complex. I will never live in an apartment after living in a condo, all apartment complexes care about is money. Since each unit is owned by an individual owner who can receive fines if their tenants/renters are loud or shady it makes a huge difference. Pros: Most People Own more

Safe Place 1/18/2009

My wife and I love it here at Circle Tree and have lived here for 10 years now. The place looks better then ever as our HOA unlike others really makes an effort to keep the place up nice. There are a few renters but they are very nice and follow the rules of the association. I like the fact that the place is part of Mesa's Crime Free so renters must have a criminal background check before they can live here. Pros: Safe more

Its nice here 1/18/2009

Well I was one of the original owners here at Circle Tree when they were first built. This is a clean crime free community that is well looked after. My brother liked it so much here he bought a place here in 2007 and he loves it to. We have an awesome HOA that maintains the property as well as an onsite manager who is very good at his job. In all the time I have lived here it has been very quiet and very well kept ,sure its 20 years old but it still looks great. We have a Rules & Security Committee that makes sure property owners maintain their units and they also patrol the lots and take care of any security issues. There is a lot of community involvement here as well we have a great mix of people from all backgrounds young and old. I can't think of any other place I would like to live other than here.\r \r Pros: Super Nice Condominiums more

Circle Tree is the place 2 be 1/18/2009

This HOA is great ! I had some sketchy next door neighbors right after I moved in loud music and a lot of people coming in and out all the time. One call to the Mgr. Andrew and those people were gone in less then thirty days. They called the owner of the unit and sent them a big fat fine and poof they were out of here. I have seen some big changes in the past year or so they have a rules committee that kicks butt. Any time I have reported anything or any person they fix the problem the next day. They are fair and friendly and help the community a lot. They are very quick on towing cars if you don't follow the rules on that and I understand with so many units I guess they have to. I feel at home 1/18/2009

Just wanted to take the time to let everyone know what a great community Circle Tree is. The people here are very nice and respectful of each other. I just rent here for now but am trying to purchase my very own unit here at Circle Tree. The onsite Manager Andrew dose a wonderful job of keeping the place well maintained. I have never lived anyplace that feels so much like home. Pros: Very nice neighbors Cons: I don't own yet more

First Home 1/18/2009

This is my first home, I just bought my 2 bed/ 2 bath 4 months ago and I love it. I got a good deal and it is close to my school and work. The only problem I have is with those annoying little dogs who like to yap a lot. I told the maintenance guy, Chuck and he said he would inform the manager and within a week I didn't hear a sound from the litte demon. BOARD MEMBER 1/18/2009

I am a board member at Circle Tree Owners Association. I posted 1 review here a year ago and was happy to see all the new people who have signed up to write possitive reviews for our Association. Who is nocturnalgirl? The name itself implies she is a druggie. Based off what I have read, I am glad that her or the other guy named the hood2007 no longer live at Circle Tree. I am pretty sure that our manager probably had them evicted and that is why they are so angry. Circle Tree is a wonderful place and I am glad I invested in the property before the property values went skyrocketing. I know that the HOA fee went up but it is necessary to keep the place looking as good as it does. Thanks to Andrew I have a nice place to call home. If the people who had a legit complaint then I suggest that they come to a board meeting. Hence the fact they never bothered to attend a meeting, I feel that they are just making false accusations. I CALL IT HOME 1/18/2009

Just wanted to let you know what a great place Circle Tree Condos really is. After living in Texas all my life my wife and I decided to move to Arizona to be closer to my daughter and grand kids. I searched for a place to buy and came across Circle Tree. It was like finding the oasis in the middle of the desert, palm trees swimming pools lush green lawns and BBQ areas (Texans love BBQ) My wife instantly fell in love with the place so we had to buy it. Parking is awesome its covered and plenty of spaces for visitors. What a great location close to everything including the mall (can't tell you how happy the wife was about that) You can be any place in the valley in 20 min or less. What a bargain as well I was lucky to find one of the only foreclosed properties. I had never heard of an HOA fee before as we lived in a house, boy when I found out it covered all the maintenance trash and water I couldn't believe it. My water bill alone in Texas is what I pay in HOA dues. Talk about saving some money ! This place costs me 1/2 of what I was paying for my house before and I don't have to worry about cleaning pools, mowing the grass or painting the outside. Neighbors are so nice and friendly. Circle Tree Is a Great Place ! 1/18/2009

I have lived at Circle Tree first as a renter then I purchased my own unit 12 years later I am still here. I have raised my daughter here and never had one worry. The community is very friendly and it is in a crime free zone. The HOA and the Management takes exceptional care of the property, there is always some one mowing the grass or cleaning up around the place. Any time I have ever had a problem like a very small leak coming from the roof the staff took care of it right away. The maintenance guys are awesome when I had the little leak they went up on the roof when it was still raining,now that's service. Pros: Good People more

Been Here 6 Years 1/18/2009

I have rented apartments in many different places and none of them have been as great as Circle Tree. In the last few years this place has done a lot of work. Why would someone who hasn't lived here or even been here in years bother to write a negative review? They must have a serious issue or no life to continue to write bad things about a place they haven't been to forever. I can personally testify that this place is wonderful. My next door neighbors are snowbirds and they just came back a few weeks ago. They even said how much has changed in just the last year alone. By the way this is my only review and it is just to clarify that the person who writes negative comments has no clue what they are talking about. Circle Tree is a huge place and I am sure there are a lot of other people who are going to say the same thing as me as soon as they find out about this\r \r Pros: Super Place 2 Live Cons: small HOA fee more
