awesome and cool place to live 4/19/2009

Circle Tree is a great place to live awesome and cool management team ! Andrew our community Manager is a great guy always helpful ! This is like living at some kind of resort always clean and very nice people. I locked myself out of my unit one night and a guy named Eddie helped me get in at 3:00 in the morning. I asked him what he was doing up so late he said he was patrolling as he is part of the Rules, Grievance and Security Committee and he always checks the lots at night. I liked the fact he checked my ID to make sure I lived in my unit before he helped me get in. Thanks guys you all just ROCK more

12 years later I am still here 4/19/2009

I have lived at Circle Tree first as a renter then I purchased my own unit 12 years later I am still here. I have raised my daughter here and never had one worry. The community is very friendly and it is in a crime free zone. The HOA and the Management takes exceptional care of the property, there is always some one mowing the grass or cleaning up around the place. Any time I have ever had a problem like a very small leak coming from the roof the staff took care of it right away. The maintenance guys are awesome when I had the little leak they went up on the roof when it was still raining,now that's service. Pros: Well run Cons: small HOA fee but worth it! more

""Resort Style Living"" 4/19/2009

Sweet Condos ! I just moved here from LA and bought my first home at Circle Tree. I see why the realtor billed the property as ""Resort Style Living"" The place is a little older then some other places I looked at but they were a lot less $$$$. Lots of pools great tennis court, handball court, basketball courts, and club house. I dig the cabanas in the court yards with the BBQ Grills. What I am very happy with is the nice grounds and the quiet. The onsite manager Andrew was so cool, he took me on a tour of the grounds and showed me where everything was including my own covered parking was. Thanks Andrew for all of your help keep up the good work ! Pros: crime free more

you could not ask for anything more 4/19/2009

What a deal ! Never in my life did I think I could find affordable housing to own in such a nice place. The neighbors are nice and the place is beautiful and clean. I love sitting on my patio having my evening coffee and listing to quiet. Did I ever luck out on this deal ! Everyone here is so nice and the place is like Ft. Knox gated and a Security Committee that patrols day and night. After years of renting dumpy apartments where there were a borage of c r a ck heads its so nice to live in a place that's safe and quiet. Just wanted to say thanks to Andrew the HOA manager for showing me around and answering the hundreds of questions about the place. I find it hard to fathom a couple knuckle heads could write bad things about this place. Dave from the Rules and Security Committee said they are renters that were kicked out for noise and not following the rules. I cant understand why anyone would ever do anything to get kicked out of here, better there gone I guess. I plan to live here forever and a day !\r Pros: Great HOA\r Pros: clean,crime free,quiet and secure more

Lovi'n it at Circle Tree 4/19/2009

I have rented apartments in many different places and none of them have been as great as Circle Tree. In the last few years this place has done a lot of work. Why would someone who hasn't lived here or even been here in years bother to write a negative review? They must have a serious issue or no life to continue to write bad things about a place they haven't been to forever. I can personally testify that this place is wonderful. My next door neighbors are snowbirds and they just came back a few weeks ago. They even said how much has changed in just the last year alone. By the way this is my only review and it is just to clarify that the person who writes negative comments has no clue what they are talking about. Circle Tree is a huge place and I am sure there are a lot of other people who are going to say the same thing as me as soon as they find out about this Pros: GREAT PLACE more

You just cant beat Circle Tree Condominiums! Clean,clean,clean Community with every amenity you could ever ask for. Super nice HOA who takes great care of all the maintenance and the common areas. The property has awesome lighting for safety and covered parking for each unit. The HOA fees are more than affordable and covers almost everything. This is the place to be! We purchased our condo last month at Circle Tree for a great price. I noticed someone claimed they were condo conversions however, I did find out they were never apartments and were condos from the start. I agree with others they do enforce the rules as my car was towed when I parked in the wrong space. I guess that was my bad and I am kind of glad to know there are rules and regulations if some one was to park in my space.\r The HOA fees are a little high at around 140.00 a month but the place looks nice and they keep the landscape up. If they had a Gym or work out roon it would be the perfect place.\r Pros: Crime Free And Clean Cons: small hoa fee more

I LOVE CIRCLE TREE 4/19/2009

I love my condo at Circle Tree. I wasn't one of those stupid people who went out and paid way too much money for an over priced house and end up loosing it in foreclosure. I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condominium and I don't mind paying an HOA fee when they pretty much pay for everything. They cover the water, trash collection, yard maintenance, pool maintenance, master insurance, parking lots, roofs, management and accounting fees, new trees and bushes, outside electricity, and many many other things. \r Some people complain because they can't have large pit bulls in the community. These are the ignorant people who don't realize large dogs should live in houses with backyards and not be cooped up inside a condo. As far as an Association goes, this has to be one of the better ones. They enforce the rules but not to a point where you feel like you can't breath. They have some sort of Rules committee that goes around a writes up violations. I kind of like the idea of a committee of my fellow neighbors making sure the community we live in is a better place.\r For all those people who don't like to follow rules, please do not move here, we do not like you. Why don't you move to Mexico or go back to prison where you belong. I want my children to live in a safe place and don't want them to be around bad people. So Circle Tree is not the place where bad renters can come. They will evict your butt before you can say felony. These are not appartments, they are our homes, so respect my house or you will be gone.\r Pros: crime free more

Lived here for 10 years 4/19/2009

My wife and I love it here at Circle Tree and have lived here for 10 years now. The place looks better then ever as our HOA unlike others really makes an effort to keep the place up nice. There are a few renters but they are very nice and follow the rules of the association. I like the fact that the place is part of Mesa's Crime Free so renters must have a criminal background check before they can live here. Pros: Crime free and very safe more

Quiet 4/19/2009

I like it here at Circle Tree its clean well maintained and very quiet. I have great neighbors that are respectful and polite. There are a couple of rental units here but all renters have to have criminal background checks as part of the crime free community regulations. There have been a couple of bad renters but the association gets rid of them very quickly. Small dogs under 20 pounds are allowed but they have to be walked to designated pet areas to do their business. All and all this is a very well managed HOA where the rules are enforced but you are still allowed to breath unlike a lot of HOA's Pros: Clean Quiet Cons: small HOA fee more

Well I was one of the original owners here at Circle Tree when they were first built. This is a clean crime free community that is well looked after. My brother liked it so much here he bought a place here in 2007 and he loves it to. We have an awesome HOA that maintains the property as well as an onsite manager who is very good at his job. In all the time I have lived here it has been very quiet and very well kept ,sure its 20 years old but it still looks great. We have a Rules & Security Committee that makes sure property owners maintain their units and they also patrol the lots and take care of any security issues. There is a lot of community involvement here as well we have a great mix of people from all backgrounds young and old. I can't think of any other place I would like to live other than here. Circle Tree is a great place to call home 4/19/2009

Circle Tree is a great place to call home. This is a well established community that has many amenities such as swimming pools, Spa's, tennis and basketball courts and a large clubhouse that's available to rent for a very small fee. Unlike most HOA""S Circle Tree has an onsite CAI Certified Manager who is very knowledgeable. The Circle Tree grounds are maintained by a professional landscaping company and an onsite full time maintenance person. Circle Tree is part of Mesa's Crime Free Community's every person who rents a privately owned condominium must pass a criminal background check and must participate in the crime free by signing the crime free lease addendum. Circle Tree is also a gated community with a security committee made up of resident volunteers that patrol the property. If you are looking for a safe,clean well maintained property Circle Tree is for you! Pros: Crime free Cons: small HOA fee more

Big Change 4/19/2009

I used to live at Circle Tree and went to see my family over Christmas. I told my Mom I couldn't believe the difference. I told her likely her condo was worth a lot more money now than it was a year ago. The parking lot is cleaner and lighted. I noticed some new traffic signs which seems to have slowed people now from racing through the parking lot. The landscaping has been cleaned up along with the buildings repainted. There isn't trash everywhere like there used to be. I told my elderly mother not to complain if the HOA dues go up. It costs more nowadays to fix things. Also, the HOA needs money to set aside for continued improvements. As far as I see it, as long as things are getting done to maintain and improve things it is understandable if HOA dues have to go up. What doe Pros: Very nice place more

I will never rent an Apt. again 4/19/2009

This is a nice place to live, I have been here for the past 6 months. I just rent but the place is very quiet unlike my old apartment complex. I will never live in an apartment after living in a condo, all apartment complexes care about is money. Since each unit is owned by an individual owner who can receive fines if their tenants/renters are loud or shady it makes a huge difference. Pros: Very Nice Condos more

I love my condo at Circle Tree. The excellent staff along with the well kept grounds will make its value soar. Yes the rules are a little strict and yes they make you keep your place up but thats the way it should be. Anyone like us who invested in this property will see a handsome return in th future. Living here isn't so bad. 4/17/2009

After reading a lot of these reviews, it makes me wonder why people get hung up on stuff that happened 7 years ago. If I recall correctly the whole ""shooting"" thing happened in 2002. We're in 2009. Since 2002 there has been a flipping war, where many have been murdered, do I see you ranting about that? No, no I don't. No one cares about a SINGLE murder that happened 7 years ago (save for immediate family of the murdered) and as far as my research goes the ONLY murder that has EVER happened here(Which is better than a lot of other places can say). Not only that, but there hasn't been a crime of violent nature in the past 2 years that I have heard about since living here. A few of moron renters here and there... sure, but that happens EVERYWHERE, no matter what part of the world you're in. As a bunch of the other reviews have stated on here; the HOA president, management and rules have changed around here. The property has been fixed up a bit, and still has a bit to go. But it is slowly recovering from several poor management companies and many mentally deficient board presidents. The current president has actually even created a RGSC (Rules, Grievance, and Security Committee) which I'm proud to be a part of to make this place better and safer for all of the inhabitants. Since the conception of the RGSC almost ALL of the people with criminal backgrounds who USED to live here have been kicked out. To my knowledge there are 3 still on property. All of which are in the process of leaving. The parking lots are patrolled and with the new lights that have been placed around the property along with the tow trucks that come trough to pick up unregistered cars, I haven't seen anyone that has acted in even a remotely suspicious way in a long time. I really think that you shouldn’t be allowed to write a review on a place if you haven’t been there in the past 3-5 years and just out of common courtesy shut the hell up if you don’t even know what the place has done in the past year.
