After getting laidoff and now making 1/2 of what I use to my family decided it was time to down size. We sold our overpriced way to big house and were lucky enough to sell it for what was owed. We were very fortunate that we found one of the only three bedroom condos at Circle Tree. What a savings my mortgage is 500.00 a month less and unlike my old place the HOA that charged 200.00 a month for nothing this HOA covers sewer,water,trash,pool maintenance and all the common area maintenance for around 150.00 a month saving me at least another 300.00 a month compared to my old house. The kids love the pools and basketball courts! This is a very well run HOA with nice people who do their jobs well.
Pros: HOA covers everything
