I am a board member at Circle Tree Owners Association. I posted 1 review here a year ago and was happy to see all the new people who have signed up to write possitive reviews for our Association. Who is nocturnalgirl? The name itself implies she is a druggie. Based off what I have read, I am glad that her or the other guy named the hood2007 no longer live at Circle Tree. I am pretty sure that our manager probably had them evicted and that is why they are so angry. Circle Tree is a wonderful place and I am glad I invested in the property before the property values went skyrocketing. I know that the HOA fee went up but it is necessary to keep the place looking as good as it does. Thanks to Andrew I have a nice place to call home. If the people who had a legit complaint then I suggest that they come to a board meeting. Hence the fact they never bothered to attend a meeting, I feel that they are just making false accusations. It is funny that only renters are posting a few negative comments.\r
