This HOA is great ! I had some sketchy next door neighbors right after I moved in loud music and a lot of people coming in and out all the time. One call to the Mgr. Andrew and those people were gone in less then thirty days. They called the owner of the unit and sent them a big fat fine and poof they were out of here. I have seen some big changes in the past year or so they have a rules committee that kicks butt. Any time I have reported anything or any person they fix the problem the next day. They are fair and friendly and help the community a lot. They are very quick on towing cars if you don't follow the rules on that and I understand with so many units I guess they have to. I highly Recommend Circle Tree !\r
