Secure Place To Live 1/18/2009

What a deal ! Never in my life did I think I could find affordable housing to own in such a nice place. The neighbors are nice and the place is beautiful and clean. I love sitting on my patio having my evening coffee and listing to quiet. Did I ever luck out on this deal ! Everyone here is so nice and the place is like Ft. Knox gated and a Security Committee that patrols day and night. After years of renting dumpy apartments where there were a borage of c r a ck heads its so nice to live in a place that's safe and quiet. Just wanted to say thanks to Andrew the HOA manager for showing me around and answering the hundreds of questions about the place. I find it hard to fathom a couple knuckle heads could write bad things about this place. Dave from the Rules and Security Committee said they are renters that were kicked out for noise and not following the rules. I cant understand why anyone would ever do anything to get kicked out of here, better there gone I guess. Still The Best Deal 1/18/2009

I used to live at Circle Tree and went to see my family over Christmas. I told my Mom I couldn't believe the difference. I told her likely her condo was worth a lot more money now than it was a year ago. The parking lot is cleaner and lighted. I noticed some new traffic signs which seems to have slowed people now from racing through the parking lot. The landscaping has been cleaned up along with the buildings repainted. There isn't trash everywhere like there used to be. I told my elderly mother not to complain if the HOA dues go up. It costs more nowadays to fix things. Also, the HOA needs money to set aside for continued improvements. As far as I see it, as long as things are getting done to maintain and improve things it is understandable if HOA dues have to go up. \r \r Pros: Nice Condo's Cons: small HOA Fee more

Great Place 4 U 1/18/2009

Circle Tree is a great place to live awesome and cool management team ! Andrew our community Manager is a great guy always helpful ! This is like living at some kind of resort always clean and very nice people. I locked myself out of my unit one night and a guy named Eddie helped me get in at 3:00 in the morning. I asked him what he was doing up so late he said he was patrolling as he is part of the Rules, Grievance and Security Committee and he always checks the lots at night. I liked the fact he checked my ID to make sure I lived in my unit before he helped me get in. Thanks guys you all just ROCK \r \r Pros: Way Nice Place Cons: small HOA fee more

Apologized. 1/9/2009

Why was my account banned? I apologized for the comments that I had left in the past. I would take them down if I could but I don't know my password and no longer have the same email address. Now that my account has been banned I have lost a lot of my reviews I had spent a lot of time writing. I wrote my negative reviews for this business a long time ago and I did it out of anger. I was mad because I was forcefully made to move out of my condo just because of what my old roommate had done. They could have given me a break and let the owner make a new lease just with me on it. Even though the place looks great now, I still don't think it was fair to have me evicted just because we all signed the Crime Free Lease and it was my roommate and not myself that had threatened the board member. You would be mad too if you were forced to find a new place to live in less than a week. It cost me a lot to move into my current apartment which to say the least is full of ants and cost me a lot more money than I was paying before. I liked living there because it was close to my work, the airport, the mall, and my mom's house. Thanks to my old roommate, now I can't rent another condo at Circle Tree because I was evicted for a Crime Free Violation. Please don?t ban my new account; I am not saying anything hurtful against this business.\r If the rules possibly have changed in the last few years and if an owner is allowed rent me a condo, please let me know. I want out of my current apartment. I am willing to pay $700-$800 a month for a 2 bedroom condo at Circle Tree. I am a single mom with a young daughter who definitely doesn't want anymore roommates and I promise I won't break any rules. Send me an email if you have a condo for rent. I love this place 1/4/2009

I have rented apartments in many different places and none of them have been as great as Circle Tree. In the last few years this place has done a lot of work. Why would someone who hasn't lived here or even been here in years bother to write a negative review? They must have a serious issue or no life to continue to write bad things about a place they haven't been to forever. I can personally testify that this place is wonderful. My next door neighbors are snowbirds and they just came back a few weeks ago. They even said how much has changed in just the last year alone. By the way this is my only review and it is just to clarify that the person who writes negative comments has no clue what they are talking about. Circle Tree is a huge place and I am sure there are a lot of other people who are going to say the same thing as me as soon as they find out about this Pros: Good HOA Cons: Few Renters more

Great Place To Live 1/4/2009

Just wanted to let you know what a great place Circle Tree Condos really is. After living in Texas all my life my wife and I decided to move to Arizona to be closer to my daughter and grand kids. I searched for a place to buy and came across Circle Tree. It was like finding the oasis in the middle of the desert, palm trees swimming pools lush green lawns and BBQ areas (Texans love BBQ) My wife instantly fell in love with the place so we had to buy it. Parking is awesome its covered and plenty of spaces for visitors. What a great location close to everything including the mall (can't tell you how happy the wife was about that) You can be any place in the valley in 20 min or less. What a bargain as well I was lucky to find one of the only foreclosed properties. I had never heard of an HOA fee before as we lived in a house, boy when I found out it covered all the maintenance trash and water I couldn't believe it. My water bill alone in Texas is what I pay in HOA dues. Talk about saving some money ! This place costs me 1/2 of what I was paying for my house before and I don't have to worry about cleaning pools, mowing the grass or painting the outside. Neighbors are so nice and friendly. I have a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condominium and I don't mind paying an HOA fee when they pretty much pay for everything. They cover the water, trash collection, yard maintenance, pool maintenance, master insurance, parking lots, roofs, management and accounting fees, new trees and bushes, outside electricity, and many many other things. . These are not appartments, they are our homes FROM DANDYDAVE: Q: Were Circle Tree always condos are were they apartments first? A: Circle Tree were built as condos and have never been apartments. Q: Is there a high HOA Fee? A: The HOA fee is very reasonable at Circle Tree and even covers your trash,sewer,water and much much more. Q: Is the place nice? A: Yes we have an onsite manager unlike most HOA's and it is a well kept property. Q: is the HOA crazy like most are? A: No Circle Tree has a very simple set of rules and regulations to follow. Q: Can I have a pet? A: Yes you may have one domestic pet up to 20lbs. Q: any issues with the plumbing A: No Q: Is there a lot of crime there? A: No Circle Tree is part of Mesa's Crime Free. Circle Tree also has a Security committee made up of voulenteers that patrol lots and look for security issues. Q:Would you let your mother live there. A: Yes and I do have family members that live here. Circle Tree is a great choice and a wonderfull place to live. Nice Condos 1/4/2009

Some people complain because they can't have large pit bulls in the community. These are the ignorant people who don't realize large dogs should live in houses with backyards and not be cooped up inside a condo. As far as an Association goes, this has to be one of the better ones. They enforce the rules but not to a point where you feel like you can't breath. They have some sort of Rules committee that goes around a writes up violations. I kind of like the idea of a committee of my fellow neighbors making sure the community we live in is a better place. For all those people who don't like to follow rules, please do not move here, we do not like you. Why don't you move to Mexico or go back to prison where you belong. I want my children to live in a safe place and don't want them to be around bad people. So Circle Tree is not the place where bad renters can come. They will evict your butt before you can say felony. These are not appartments, they are our homes, so respect my house or you will be gone. \r \r Pros: Very nice place Cons: small HOA fee more

One and Only Review 12/30/2008

I live next door to the previous poster. So I guess you won't wonder why I am here. Circle Tree is delightful and nocturnalgirl hasn't a clue. By the end of the year I will have everyone in my building writing a review. I own several units here at Circle Tree and other units at other complexes and this is definitely the better one. If it wasn't great I wouldn't be coming back every winter. The property manager they have had for the last few years is the best in his business. He is CAI certified and he knows everything when it comes to an association. If you don't believe me just ask him yourself. I will keep coming back here every winter until I die. I have been the manager for the last 3 years. 12/30/2008

I have owned and lived in Building #11 for 15 years prior to taking over the management of the Association. Nothing has ever happened in Building #11 as a previous post had claimed. I am surprised the poster didn’t bother to mention the fire that happened in Building #1 six years ago while she is trying to discredit the Association that had her evicted. There have been some not so great mangers in the past that may have not enforced the rules as strictly, but I guarantee that things are different and that we are a Crime Free Community. We will have you evicted if you are found to have committed a felony in the last 7 years. I recently have moved from Circle Tree into a larger house since my family has grown but I miss living at the Condominiums every day. The Association pays for many things that I used to take for granted, such as water, sewer, trash, yard maintenance, and many other things that I now have to pay several hundred dollars a month for in my new house. All the roofs at Circle Tree have been fixed, the Association has been painted, the parking lots have been repaved and the drains have all been fixed in the last few years. There is nothing anyone could complain about besides having to follow a few basic rules that are pretty much common sense for most people. Pros: Great Association Cons: A few bad renters who no longer live here. more
