Review content:
We purchased our condo last month at Circle Tree for a great price. I noticed someone claimed they were condo conversions however, I did find out they were never apartments and were condos from the start. I agree with others they do enforce the rules as my car was towed when I parked in the wrong space. I guess that was my bad and I am kind of glad to know there are rules and regulations if some one was to park in my space.\r
The HOA fees are a little high at around 140.00 a month but the place looks nice and they keep the landscape up. If they had a Gym or work out roon it would be the perfect place.\r
Pros: Crime Free And Clean
Cons: small hoa fee
