What a deal ! Never in my life did I think I could find affordable housing to own in such a nice place. The neighbors are nice and the place is beautiful and clean. I love sitting on my patio having my evening coffee and listing to quiet. Did I ever luck out on this deal ! Everyone here is so nice and the place is like Ft. Knox gated and a Security Committee that patrols day and night. After years of renting dumpy apartments where there were a borage of c r a ck heads its so nice to live in a place that's safe and quiet. Just wanted to say thanks to Andrew the HOA manager for showing me around and answering the hundreds of questions about the place. I find it hard to fathom a couple knuckle heads could write bad things about this place. Dave from the Rules and Security Committee said they are renters that were kicked out for noise and not following the rules. I cant understand why anyone would ever do anything to get kicked out of here, better there gone I guess. I plan to live here forever and a day !\r
