Circle Tree is a great place to call home. This is a well established community that has many amenities such as swimming pools, Spa's, tennis and basketball courts and a large clubhouse that's available to rent for a very small fee. Unlike most HOA""S Circle Tree has an onsite CAI Certified Manager who is very knowledgeable. The Circle Tree grounds are maintained by a professional landscaping company and an onsite full time maintenance person. Circle Tree is part of Mesa's Crime Free Community's every person who rents a privately owned condominium must pass a criminal background check and must participate in the crime free by signing the crime free lease addendum. Circle Tree is also a gated community with a security committee made up of resident volunteers that patrol the property. If you are looking for a safe,clean well maintained property Circle Tree is for you!
